Great topic choice, Lindsey! I'm glad the project is allowing you to pursue a current topic of interest to you, one that has a connection to one of the books referenced in class. Einstein is a fascinating historical figure, and you should be able to find quite a bit of information about him, his life, and his theories and lifework, along with his work related to time. Lightman's book can certainly be one of your sources, but list a few more to start here, along with a few additional questions that are motivating your interest and inquiry! Let me know if I can be of any help. Best, Dr. Young
I am interested in knowing how others perceived Albert Einstein? How did he view himself? When did he know what his life purpose was? How did the world react to his theories when it was first introduced? What other theories other than relativity is known for?
Some other sources I am using include a feature on Einstein in Time Magazine and various articles in the New York Times. I am also using interviews on YouTube to observe his persona in the public.
